How to make Egg free Avocado Mayonnaise

In a food processor, add sour cream (or yogurt), avocado, cilantro, garlic and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Done! Store the mayo in a closed container in the fridge, and eat whenever you want to. This mayo is good for 3 or 4 days, if kept under refrigeration. Use it on snacks, potatoes, salads, and even on hamburgers. It makes everything delicious! Do it and tell us what you think!
