Here is a tricep workout that can be done with a single pair of dumbbells that will hit every head of the muscle! With mechanical drop sets in place, you’ll be able to keep repping even after you reach failure on an exercise. For those that have a tough time remembering the sequence (don’t worry, I’m one of them) it’s laid out to progress from on your back to on your stomach, with a kneeling segment in the middle (two exercises in each position).
